Signatures Restaurant and Bar serves the finest in British cuisine. Owned and managed by Executive Chef Jimmy Williams and his very talented wife, Louise Williams, they have created one of the best dining experiences on the North Wales coast.

Watson's Bistro

Watson's Bistro is a family run affair set in the historic walled town of Conwy. Serving the finest British cuisine. Locally sourced produce is used to create dishes that are all homemade, from the bread rolls to homemade ice cream. We really reccomend this little restarunt, it's lovely.

The Castle

The seasonally changing menu uses local Welsh food, skilfully prepared by their local kitchen team, who have found and developed a rich source of artisan producers and suppliers. The diverse menu suits all tastes in a setting to suit you. They have a Dawson's Bar and Snug for casual all-day dining, as well as the new Shakespeare's Exclusive Dining restaurant for that premium eating out experience.

A unique, contemporary and authentic Chinese dining experience in Deganwy, catering for all occasions in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This isn't the fanciest restaurant around but the food is great.

The Ty Gwyn Pub

On our doorstep this is a lovely, family run village pub that serves traditional wholesome, hearty food. The Lamb Shank, Steak and Ale Pie are our favourites. They also do a nice roast on Sunday.

The Groes Inn Pub

The oldest licensed pub in Wales, The Groes Inn is owned by the JW Lees family, and is a traditional Inn perfectly nestled between the beautiful Conwy estuary and the stunning Tal Y Fan mountain. They do food and the menu offers a slightly greater selection of dishes than our local pubs. They have a nice beer garden for summer days.

The Irskine Arms is a traditional Georgian coaching inn nestled within the medieval walls of Conwy. It's comprised of a lareg bar area and stylish restaurant. The chef prides himself on locally sourced ingredients and we are happy to say that the menu has not disappointed. If you are looking for something a little more fancy than pub grub then this is the place for you.
